Joyce was incredible at working with our kids - lots of play-based activities, sign-language to get them to tell us what they wanted – and a TON of really helpful parent coaching so we could reinforce her work between sessions. Oh – and she did all of this during COVID lockdown, which meant that it was all remote, which still amazes us when we look back at the progress she made with our twins. Even as a face on a laptop, Joyce was able to engage both of them in back-to-back sessions, build a rapport, create fun sessions and make a TON of progress as we worked with her for over a year.
