Meet The Founder

Joyce Esposito, MS, CCC-SLP, is the founder of Gab & Grow, a neurodiversity-affirming private practice based in Lake Nona, Florida. With over 10 years of pediatric experience in schools, clinics, private practice, and home health, she specializes in early intervention, speech sound disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic/social communication.

Joyce proudly serves families across Osceola and Orange counties, offering mobile and virtual therapy in settings where children feel most comfortable. Her play-based, child-led approach supports authentic communication through activities your child enjoys.

She deeply values a holistic, relationship-centered model that embraces neurodiversity and presumes competence, believing every child can learn and express themselves in meaningful ways, no matter their preferred communication methods. She works closely with families and support teams to ensure progress extends beyond therapy sessions.

In addition to her private practice, Joyce works as a school-based speech-language pathologist, collaborating with educators to support children’s success both at school and home.

As a first-time mom inspired by her own son’s communication journey, she is passionate about empowering families and nurturing confident communication through connection and play.

Caregiver of Twins, Private Therapy Clients

Joyce is an incredible speech-language pathologist. Our twins had speech delays that our doctor flagged in their first year. Joyce was incredible at working with our kids - lots of play-based activities, sign-language to get them to tell us what they wanted – and a TON of really helpful parent coaching so we could reinforce her work between sessions. Oh – and she did all of this during COVID lockdown, which meant that it was all remote, which still amazes us when we look back at the progress she made with our twins. Even as a face on a laptop, Joyce was able to engage both of them in back-to-back sessions, build a rapport, create fun sessions and make a TON of progress as we worked with her for over a year. We cannot recommend her enough.”

Caregiver Participant, Caregiver & Child Class

“We had so much fun! I loved that there was a ‘schedule’ so I knew what kind of activities to expect, and that the class would have a flow to it. Song, reading, parachute, sensory play, art, and bubbles were all fun and engaging. 45 min was perfect and Joyce you are so wonderful! Loved being able to get tips and guidance from you.”
